Add a couple URLs world targetted and start your rotator in your browser. In this case, Rotargeter works just like a standard rotator since all your URLs are world targetted.

You add a URL in the rotator targetted to the US.
You live in the US. You start your rotator.
You will only see the US targetted site in the rotator.

Example 3
You live in China. But you do not have a URL in the
rotator country targetted to China or continent targetted
to Asia. You will see World Targetted sites. If you dont have any World Targetted sites assigned, the rotator will display Rotargeter splash pages with your referral link.

You live in Germany. You have one URL continent targetted to Europe but no URL targetted to Germany. You will only see the
Europe targetted site.
